At Wonky Penguin Games, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Because our products are physical games and merchandise, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of shipping and product handling.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Opened Products
Because tabletop games contain many components and cannot be resold once opened, opened games cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
If your game arrived with missing or damaged components, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging if possible
In these cases, we may provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement item
- Replacement components
- Refund
- Store credit
Our goal is always to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Opened games (unless defective)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
Kickstarter and Crowdfunding Purchases
Products purchased through Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms.
Backing a crowdfunding campaign is not the same as purchasing a retail product, and refunds may not be available after a campaign has ended.
